Kevin Spacey Fowler, noto come Kevin Spacey, nasce a South Orange il 26 luglio 1959. Confidential (1997), il film neo-noir diretto da Curtis Hanson, recitando insieme a Russell Crowe, Guy Pearce e Kim Basinger. Nel 1999, Spacey ci dona una delle sue performance più celebri interpretando Lester Burnham, in American Beauty. La sua capacità attoriale gli fa guadagnare l’entusiasmo della critica e l’Oscar come miglior attore protagonista. In the same year, he also appeared in David Fincher’s thriller Seven (1995), alongside Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman. He also played narcotics sergeant Jack Vincennes in L.A. Confidential (1997), the neo-noir film directed by Curtis Hanson, starring alongside Russell Crowe, Guy Pearce, and Kim Basinger. In 1999, Spacey gave one of his most celebrated performances playing Lester Burnham in American Beauty. His acting skills earned him critical acclaim and the Oscar for Best Actor.
