Synopsis
Remis is a small village nestled in an isolated valley surrounded by mountains. Its inhabitants are all unusually happy. It seems like the perfect destination for the PE teacher Sergio Rossetti, who is haunted by a mysterious past. Thanks to his encounter with Michela, the young owner of the village inn, the teacher discovers that behind this apparent serenity lies a disturbing ritual: one night a week, the villagers gather to hug Matteo Corbin, a teenager capable of absorbing other people’s pain. Sergio’s attempt to save the boy will awaken the darkest side of the one everyone calls the Angel of Remis.
