“Effetto Cinema Notte” è l’evento – unico in Europa – che fa vivere il cinema e che chiude la settimana internazionale del Lucca Film Festival & Europa Cinema. La città si divide in aree tematiche che fanno riferimento a generi cinematografici, dentro le aree ogni locale che aderisce è tenuto a rappresentare un film, seguendo questo regolamento.
I singoli locali vengono allestiti a tema, e creano – nel caso – performance inerenti ai film. L’esperienza delle tre precedenti edizioni lucchesi – l’ultima ha totalizzato 33mila persone in bassa stagione (dati di Confcommercerio Lucca, Versilia e Massa Carrara) – ha chiaramente dimostrato che chi più cura il proprio investimento nella serata, più guadagna in termini di indotto.
